Who We Are
A technology consultancy that starts with the problem, not the solution.
We are Nimblechapps — a strategy-led technology consultancy headquartered in Ahmedabad, India, operating globally since 2014. We work with leadership teams to fix what is slowing their business down: broken processes, legacy infrastructure, manual workflows, and technology that was never built to scale. We call this digital transformation consulting — though we prefer to call it fixing things properly.
Eleven years. One consistent belief.
Nimblechapps was founded in 2014 by Keval Padia and Rajiv Patil with a straightforward belief: technology without operational clarity is just expensive noise. In the early years, we built mobile and web applications for clients across Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, and the US. We were good at it. But we kept noticing the same pattern — the software worked, but the operation underneath it did not.
That observation shaped everything that followed. We expanded our capability from software development into process assessment and mapping, workflow optimisation, enterprise architecture roadmapping, and legacy modernisation. We added AI and intelligent workflow automation as the technology matured. We built managed services practices in bookkeeping, IT management, cybersecurity, and back-office operations. Not because it was fashionable, but because our clients needed all of it — and needed it to work together.
Today, Nimblechapps is a full-service digital transformation consulting firm. We do not specialise in one layer of the problem. We address the whole thing — from initial diagnosis through to live operation — so that what we deliver actually changes how the business runs, not just what it owns.
The principles behind every engagement we take on.
These are not aspirational statements. They are the rules we hold ourselves to in every project, with every client.
We do not recommend a solution before we understand the problem. Every business process consulting engagement begins with discovery.
We tell clients what we find, including when it is not what they expected to hear. Honest diagnosis is the foundation of effective digital transformation consulting.
Our Discover → Diagnose → Design → Deliver → Optimise methodology applies to every engagement. Nothing is improvised. Nothing is assumed.
We measure success by operational outcomes, not deliverable counts. A system that is live but unused is not a successful engagement.
Eleven years working across specific industries means we bring pattern recognition — not just methodology — to every client.
Whether the work is AI workflow automation, ERP CRM implementation, or legacy modernisation, we build to last. No shortcuts in architecture, code quality, or security.
The practitioners who scope the engagement deliver it. No resource shuffling. No account managers relaying information. Direct access to the people doing the work.
Client operations, data, and strategic context are treated with strict confidentiality as a baseline — not a clause in a contract.
Three tracks covering the full scope of transformation.
Our services are organised into three connected tracks. Clients engage at the track most relevant to their situation. Many engage across all three as the relationship matures.
The diagnostic and redesign layer of digital transformation consulting. We map your operation, identify where time and revenue are being lost, and design the structural fix before anything is built or purchased.
The execution layer. We build the platforms, integrations, AI workflow automation systems, and data infrastructure that your operation requires — scoped precisely to your problem.
The operational layer. Managed IT services, finance operations, back-office outsourcing, cybersecurity, and reporting — taken over, run to a defined SLA, so your team focuses on what matters.
Industry-agnostic by design. Industry-experienced in practice.
We do not restrict our digital transformation consulting practice to a single sector. The methodology is consistent. The industry experience we bring to it is not generic — it is accumulated across eleven years of working inside specific operational models.
Five phases. Every engagement. No exceptions.
Our Discover → Diagnose → Design → Deliver → Optimise methodology applies across every service line — whether the engagement is a process assessment, an AI implementation, an ERP CRM implementation, or a managed IT services retainer.
- 01Discover
We sit with the operation and map how work actually moves — not how it was designed to move.
- 02Diagnose
We identify where time, money, and quality are being lost — and why the current structure cannot fix it without intervention.
- 03Design
We define the target state and the path to reach it, sequenced by dependency, risk, and business value.
- 04Deliver
We execute against the design — building, configuring, integrating, or operating, depending on the engagement track.
- 05Optimise
We measure outcomes against the baseline and refine continuously as the business evolves.
The right engagement starts with the right diagnosis.
If something in your operation is slower, costlier, or harder than it should be — that is the signal worth following. Tell us what is going on. We will come back with a specific point of view, not a generic proposal.
