Founded by two practitioners. Run by them still.
Keval founded Nimblechapps in 2014 and has led its commercial direction ever since. He is responsible for client strategy, firm positioning, and the long-term direction of the practice. His focus is on the kinds of problems that compound when left unaddressed — operational, structural, and technological. Before Nimblechapps, he spent years working across product and technology roles that shaped his belief that strategy and execution are only valuable when they are inseparable.

With over 15 years of engineering and delivery leadership — including tenures at firms such as Capgemini — he brings a level of technical depth and delivery rigour that is visible in every engagement the firm takes on. He is the person ultimately accountable for what gets built, how it is built, and whether it works.

Nisarg leads client acquisition and the firm's market positioning across all industry verticals and service lines. He has been with Nimblechapps since the early days and has been central to building the firm's reputation across international markets including Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, and the US. He works at the intersection of strategy, positioning, and commercial development.

He ensures that what is designed in the early phases of an engagement is what gets delivered in the later ones — to standard, on schedule, and without the kind of drift that causes transformation programmes to underdeliver. He is the connective layer between strategy and live operation across every active client.
