Android Watches are storming the market like there is no tomorrow. Each of the watches have offered at least some slight advantages over the others, but the crowded market is still difficult to gauge with users not sure about the best pick of the lot.
Enter Second Edition LTE. As one lays geeky hands over the new LG Watch Urbane, one thing is for sure that the design looks special compared to other watches. It also inherits outstanding looks from its predecessors in the LG line-up and boasts of a superior performance that can be witnessed in a slew of other LG wearables. This watch though happens to be one of a kind.
This is the first Android smartwatch that now features cellular connectivity, which is a first for Google. One can use the device without the need for Bluetooth or WiFi for cellular calls. One can now leave their smartphone and stay connected easily through their new LG Watch Urbane.
One can be sure that the LG Watch Urbane LTE will be on the top of the list of the best Android Wear based smartwatches because it has everything that a techie needs. It features the powerful Snapdragon 400 processor, an incredible 768 MB of RAM, ample 4 GB internal storage, and a 480p resolution P-OLED screen which houses a reasonable 570 mAh battery.
This smartwatch resembles a classic timepiece with its impeccable stainless steel body and durable rubber band. It has a high-resolution display with 348ppi and a full circle shape.
Three buttons feature in the right side for quick access to shortcut settings. One can use these buttons to access contacts, LG Health and a sizeable apps list. The ambient mode can be put into action with a simple press of the crown button too.

Availability and Tentative Price
LG is first launching its gadget in USA and Korea and AT&T has started shipping the watches. It is also available online first. After November 13th, AT&T will get the device in its stores. The price is set at $199.99 on a 2-year contract with AT&T, and $299 off-contract, thus actually delivering better than Verizon‘s deal which will start pre-orders from November 12th. Verizon is selling the LG’s wearable for about $449.99 on a 2-year contract and at the rate of $499.99 without signing documents. Shockingly, the prices are way too high compared to AT&T.
